The Heritage Museum contains a vast timeline of various individuals who migrated to the high desert for a wide variety of reasons. Each person had a significant reason for making this area home. Docents at the museum continually add more stories to the historical record.
Touring the museum is like going back in time to visit the interesting families who formed the foundation of this unique area. The best part about it is the experience is free. Of course, donations are always gladly accepted.
The facility holds an awesome collection of art. Some of the pieces are featured in a virtual art show. It’s always more fun to actually go to various events and places, but if you can’t there are online features you can check out from home. One of these fun features is the Museum Kids videos. These videos are provided because the museum strives to be an educational hub in the community.
I had fun touring the museum, and hopefully you will enjoy looking at these photos I took. If you find them interesting, share this post with your friends & family. And be sure to subscribe so you won’t miss any posts.
